You can export a PDF report of a single assessment or a group of assessments performed at the same encounter.

Create and export a PDF for a single evaluation

On the person’s list of encounters & evaluations:

1. Tap on a single evaluation (like Cervical Lateral Flexion or Posture Anterior & Lateral)
2. Tap PDF Report at the top right.

Create and export a PDF for a group of evaluations

On the person’s list of encounters & evaluations:

1. Tap the Combined PDF button at the bottom right of any encounter group.

Export a single image taken during an evaluation

On the person’s list of encounters & evaluations

• Tap on a single evaluation (like Hip Backward Extension or Shoulder, Right Abduction & Adduction)
• Tap the picture of the person from the evaluation
• Tap the up arrow Share button at the top right
